Our Ambition - Deliver £1m Social Impact in 2030
- Our social impact strategy establishes a clear trajectory for the next five years to guide us toward achieving this goal.
- By challenging our business to deliver 10% yr on yr growth in social impact contribution, in the next 5 yrs we will deliver c. £5m social impact; supporting our local communities and wider UK society.
- The strategy will integrate social initiatives with our core business, driven through the culture of a workforce with a desire to make a difference; Building on the strong foundations we have established, whilst ensuring we target our efforts and resources in areas where we can have the greatest impact. We will do this by building strong relationships with our stakeholders to collaborate on projects which directly benefit community needs.
- We will be using the Themes Outcomes and Measures best practice social value framework to monetise aligned activities that have a positive impact, addressing key socio-economic challenges.
