Lee Sleight

Chief Executive Officer

Lee joined the business in 2021 and has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has previously been Managing Director of both our Readymix Concrete and Aggregates divisions before being appointed as CEO in August 2024.

Garrath Lyons

Chief Financial Officer

Garrath is Chief Financial Officer, having become a member of the Board in 2022. He has ultimate functional responsibility for accounting and finance, treasury, taxation, risk and assurance for the company.

Kaziwe Kaulule

Managing Director, Aggregates

Kaziwe joined the business in 2023, having extensive international experience within Holcim Group. He heads up our Aggregates business, which also includes our fast developing Construction Demolition Materials sector.

Daniel King

Managing Director, Asphalt

Danny joined the business in 1999 and has an extensive experience in various roles across asphalt, aggregates and readymix, including Managing Director of London Concrete for more than six years.

Steve Curley

Managing Director, Cement

Steve is responsible for the Cement Division, having previously been the Commercial Director of Cement. Steve joined the company in 1999.

Ian Dean

Managing Director, Concrete Products

Ian has a proven track record in developing commercial and operational excellence and is responsible for our Concrete Products Division.

Anna Baker

Sustainability Director

Anna brings more than 20 years’ experience in sustainability within the construction industry and is responsible for accelerating the company’s journey to net-zero before 2050.

Kevin Murgatroyd

Managing Director, Contracting

An experienced senior leader across a range of sectors including transport and infrastructure. Kevin joined the business in 2022 as a Regional Director in Surfacing Solutions before progressing into his current role in 2024.

Edern Lalanne

Supply Chain Director

With nearly 20 years of experience working internationally in senior Supply Chain positions, Edern is in charge of Procurement, Logistics and the Regional Customer centers.

Phillip Norah

General Counsel

Phillip joined Holcim in 2018, providing the company with strategic legal advice. He also leads a number of functional areas including legal, compliance, insurance, company secretarial, real estate and mergers & acquisitions.

Hannah Lisby

People Director

Hannah joined the company at the start of 2025 as People Director. She has more than 20 years experience in HR and talent acquisition within organisations.
