Whilst we have a new brand name, our people are the same, our products and services are the same, we're one brand with wider opportunities. This also includes a link to the relevant area of our website so that you can discover and find out more about our product and services.
We’ve been a part of Holcim’s group of companies for 20 years. Holcim is a global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, it operates in 70+ countries and employs over 63,000 people.
In the UK we operate in different capacities across Readymix, Cement, Aggregates, Building Products, Landscape Products, Mortars, Asphalt and Contracting.
With over 200 sites nationwide (including 35 quarries, 53 asphalt plants, 85 ready-mixed concrete plants, 18 precast concrete sites and 4 cement import terminals) we’re also proud to employ over 4,000 colleagues.
After a lengthy consultation period listening to a range of key people to us, including our colleagues, customers, communities and suppliers, we felt this was the right time to take on this identity.
As Holcim we’re on a journey - a journey to build progress for people and our planet across the length and breadth of the UK.
Both for the customers and communities we are proud to serve and for our colleagues - who are the heartbeat of our organisation.

We are expecting change with our customers and suppliers to be at a minimum. Deliveries will continue as they do today, our products will be consistent, and your point of contact will remain the same; we will be the same people you’ve worked with. We believe our colleague and customer relationships are one of our key strengths so they will remain a crucial part of our way of working. Plus our company number and physical addresses will all remain the same.
Whilst our account details (account number and sort code) stay the same, the account name will change.
To change this, all banks required our Change of Name Certificate from Companies House. This was issued to us on the 17 March 2025 and was provided to our banking partners who initiated the change. The banks take up to 15 days to change this.
Please note in the meantime WE CAN accept and make payments in the existing bank account name (i.e. Aggregate Industries UK Limited or such other existing bank account names listed below), whilst this update is taking place.
