Finding Strength: Harvir Padda's Return & Resilience

When Harvir returned to Holcim in 2023 after her second maternity leave, she feared her life had changed irreversibly—but instead, she found community, opportunity, and empowerment. Juggling the demands of her son Dylan’s complex health needs with a high-impact IT transformation role, Harvir rediscovered her voice and strength at work. As a trustee and active member of Holcim’s "Women Empowered" group, she now pays it forward—supporting other women facing similar challenges.
