Offsite manufacture eliminates the need for expensive formwork and propping traditonally associated with in situ construction methods. Charcon products are delivered when needed, saving onsite storage space and labour costs
Precast stairs in accordance with BS EN ISO 14001 are made to meet a client's specific design requirements - unit widths, risers and tread dimensions can all be designed to suit and non slip treads can be incorportated. Stepped landings are also available and fixings for balustrade can be incorporated into design.
